Fall Festival!

Tonight, we went to the Fall Festival at Grace.  The kids got to dress up in their costumes, play games, get lots of candy, get tattoos, and get crazy hair by the girls of Genesis Salon!  Here are a few photos from tonight.

Fireworks!

Jason and I stopped at Shelton Fireworks on our way into Mobile. This place is ginormous! You can’t help but to be overwhelmed by the place when you see the sheer size of the building from the outisde. If you’ve ever seen one, you know what I’m talking about. The seemingly 100′ high store front, bright red, towering above any other building in site. And then…you walk through the front door, and angels sing, the world slowly fades away as you peer down the endless isles and isles of potential energy. Here’s just ONE isle in the store.

It was all I could do to only spend $48.50 in this place! And I walked out with a paper grocery back brimming with brightly colored explosions just waiting to happen.

Family

There’s nothing like seeing the smile on someone’s face when they are reunited with those they love. Whether it’s been a day, a week, or years, it is always special.
